Developed in collaboration with leading experts in health and safety, Safe Environments is an engaging and effective way to train your aged and disability care workforce. Learn safely by stepping into the richly detailed scenes and confronting hazardous elements in the environment. With aggressive, confused, and distressed simulated clients, staff will prepare for dangerous scenarios. Identification is not enough, to complete their training users must become versed in risk reporting, and demonstrate their ability to intervene safely.

Health and safety is pivotal in protecting those being cared for and those working in and around the care industry. This protection guards against a multitude of common hazards (e.g. slips, trips, and falls) as well as hazardous behaviours (aggression, disorientation and self-harm). Individuals involved in any workplace environment act as a first line of defence in detecting hazards, and recommending methods to reduce the level of risk. The training of care workers is paramount to the reduction of client/worker injuries, and increasing productivity / wellbeing of a workplace.
