Why authentic meditations? Science shows that westernized mindfulness may be effective for beginners, but the evidence is not nearly as strong as for expert practitioners, who often do more serious meditation practices. Could that difference be due to authentic meditations being powerful wholistic techniques? We definitely think so. You can try out these ancient practices.

These techniques combine breath, mantra, and postures, called asana and mudra. The attitude and focus of the practitioner may be the most important factor. To date, there is not much research on the combinations of such elements, but practitioners have reached such great mental states that research is warranted. That's why using this app helps science. You'll receive one or two extremely quick questions before and after each meditation that will help test hypotheses.

You can learn to be content and poised throughout all of life. Drop fear, anger, sadness, and despair. Learn to handle stress and anxiety, and dwell in compassion.
