We bring you the first ever fusion sushi to India, launched at Bengaluru. What started as a small and humble Sushi Delivery has grown into what it is today, completely transforming Bengaluru with its original dishes, fusion sushi savories and inviting atmosphere. With an impeccable eye for art, presentation, and a preference for fresh and bold flavors, every item on our menu is carefully prepared to dazzle the five senses where you will find yourself coming back for more! Our menu has a variety of devour-able authentic Japanese dishes from traditional and our own curated gourmet in house Sushi’s to healthy chirashizushi to some colorful Poke bowls giving you a hearty dive into the Japanese food culture.
SOURCING
From the translucent waters of Norway to the lush green fields of Japan, our ingredients are flown in from everywhere. Our Salmons once swam in the great Atlantic while our rice and wasabi basked in the Japanese sun. Our edamame stood tall in the Indonesian fields as our Nori grew underwater in Korea. The ingredients begin their journey from the farm and travel directly to your tables at Saiko Sushi house. Our farmers devote most of their time and affection to cultivating these organic ingredients.
EFFICIENCY
When we first started Saiko, we wanted to deliver authenticity along with creativeness. So, we got working on developing new recipes with your favorite ingredients. With inspirations being drawn in from all cultures, we managed to create eccentric sushis. Upon using otherwise bizarre sushi ingredients, we discovered that there's more to the art of sushi than was let on. After all, art is personal and for everybody! We knew that with our 'innovative' brains and talent, we could bring to the table something fresh and unexpected.
CONSISTENCY
All our customers have been so supportive of our business that they've chosen us to be their go-to sushi house. Now, with such loyalty, how could we possibly fail to impress them? We're constantly working on upgrading and delivering memorable experiences to our current and potential customers. PASSION
Our sushi chef - commonly called 'Itamae', has trained with a Japanese chef for 8-10 years to master the skill. Our Itamae chose to devote many years of his life to perfect his culinary skills. Throughout the day, he handles his ingredients carefully to create intricate pieces of Japanese gourmet. His passion and love for the art of making sushi are tangible in the form of the food he prepares.
SOUL
Making sushi isn't an easy process. The farmers spend much of their time and effort in growing our ingredients. The delivery people ensure the ingredients reach our outlets on time. Our Itamae spends the majority of his day preparing the meal so it can be assembled when required. Later, they're carefully packed in boxes designed to enhance your experience with our sushi. When you finally taste your sushi, you're tasting how much meticulousness has gone into preparing it. Strangers from several countries have put in their soul to make sure you get the authentic experience of eating sushi.
