Salesbook MOTO allows you to manage the entire sales process – from identifying needs, configuring an offer and generating a contract, to integrating with the design department and analysing the results.


Main features of the application:

– Company presentation. Tell your company's story in a visually appealing way. Build brand trust and retain customer attention.

– Needs analysis. Examine your customer's needs, show him the dynamically changing automotive market and adjust the solution to fully meet his expectations.

– Configurator. Create customer’s dream car model, configure motorcycle or agricultural machine, so that it perfectly reflects his vision and includes all required elements and components. Match accessories, clothing and gadgets to create a unique and comprehensive offer.

– Argumenter. Provide the customer with a comparison of your offer with that of your competitors. Show market advantages and what sets you apart from other companies.

– Test drive. During the meeting, reserve the date for the customer to test drive the selected vehicle model.

– Offer calculation. Already during the meeting, present the customer with an offer perfectly suited to his needs. The generated document can be signed immediately by the customer using the apple Pencil or remote signing solutions.

– Sending a summary. After the meeting, the application will automatically send the client a summary of the meeting along with all selected attachments: contract, presentations, etc.

– Sales management. Monitor sales meetings with CRM, analyse their quality and sales opportunities. Replicate best practices.


Main application modules:

– Application for the salesperson (tablet). A key part of the solution is an interactive application for the salesman to communicate with the customer. The application helps to present the offer, collect data on the ideal vehicle configuration and sign the contract with the customer.

– Salesman panel. A panel available on the website and in the application, giving an overview of information collected about customers, the level of goal realization, sent offers, planned next steps in the process and audio recording of conducted sales talks.

– Manager's panel. Panel available on the website, giving access to reports on the quality of sales conversations, goal achievement, location of meetings and statistics of sales effectiveness against the most effective employees.

– Administrator panel. Panel available on the website, used to manage the content and appearance of Salesbook application (CMS), structure of the sales process, users, tablets and security of the entire system and its configuration.
