SalvaVida

SalvaVida is a civic technology solution developed, owned, and maintained solely by ITMonsters Productions Co., a private software development company based in Zamboanga City. The app was built as an independent community initiative to improve how emergencies are reported and responded to across the city.

This app is not commissioned, owned, or operated by any government agency. ITMonsters is the exclusive publisher of SalvaVida.

The system was created in collaboration with Zamboanga City’s emergency coordination body to streamline how reports are routed to a city-wide network of responders—including police, fire, and medical services. While personnel from this coordination office assist in routing reports, they do not provide emergency services themselves. Their role is strictly as a coordinating intermediary between the SalvaVida system and third-party emergency providers.

How It Works:

-A user reports an emergency via the SalvaVida app.

-The app captures basic report details and the user’s GPS coordinates.

-This data is transmitted to the SalvaVida web dashboard.

-The admin dashboard is monitored by personnel assigned to coordinate reports and identify the nearest appropriate responder.

-Users may receive updates about the mobilization of help.
