Whether you're planning a short visit or need a long-term pass, this app ensures a seamless experience from application to access.

Key Features:
1. Apply for Visitor Passes
Choose between two types of passes:
Instant Pass (valid for 1 day or 2–30 days)
One-Year Pass (for frequent or long-term visitors)
2. Simple & Secure Registration
Start your application by verifying your mobile number via OTP. The app supports both English and Bengali languages and offers a dark mode/light mode toggle for user comfort.
3. Step-by-Step Application Process
Each pass type has a guided process:
Fill out visitor and visit information.
Upload necessary documents (NID, Birth Certificate, or Passport).
Review and edit your application before submission.
Make secure payments through the integrated payment gateway.
4. Application Tracking & Notifications
Stay informed with real-time status updates via:
SMS notifications
Web/app-based notifications
Track your application, biometric appointment, and card collection timeline.
5. Dashboard Access
After verification and card collection, access your dashboard to:
View pass/card details.
Report a lost card and pay reissue fees.
Submit a new application once the previous pass expires.
Monitor your last three applications (for One-Year Pass holders).
6. Renewal & Reapplication Reminders
Get notified when your One-Year Pass is nearing expiry.
Please note:
Instant Passes are non-renewable.
One-Year Pass holders must renew before expiration, or reapply as new.
Secure & Compliant
All applications are reviewed and approved by the Security Department of Payra Port Authority, ensuring the highest level of access control and data protection.

Important Notes:
Applications inactive for 7 days will be auto-cancelled.
Cards must be returned after the visit is completed.
If an application is denied, the reason will be displayed in the dashboard with an option to reapply.
Document uploads must meet file size and image format requirements.
