Save On Radio

Building community comes in all shapes and sizes, but a dialogue is key to understanding.

After doing a live radio spot in the spring, I realized how many amazing people are in this city who would never fit with the traditional format. I dug into researching how we could create a platform for all these people to really, truly be themselves, and Save On Radio was born.

Launching with Vancouver OG Jay Swing at the helm, the digital station will broadcast live from a custom-built street-front studio in the heart of Hastings St, in the historic Save On Meats diner and butcher shop.

We feed, literally, thousands of people a day. It’s time to nourish the city with the brilliance of the underheard and underexposed talents from all walks of life.
