App Store Description
The SCC 5.0 mobile app gives you the opportunity to use the most important features of the software on your smartphone. As a user, you can see all alarms / emergency calls relevant to your activity in an alarm overview.
As in the SCC5.0 web application, only those alarms are displayed that are enabled for the logged-in user in the SCC5.0 through the user rights. The latest alarm is always on top. The older alarms are moved down.
In the SCC 5.0 mobile app, as in the web view, there are different alarm types with different alarm icons.
Alarm types:
• Runaway alarms
• Staff calls
• Emergency alarms (resident / patient) as well
• the three alarm types of the baby module: baby transponder stored, baby kidnapped alarm, baby alone alarm
In addition to the alarm icons, there is a display field in which the time stamp of the alarm triggering is displayed. Those additional informations are:
• alarm type,
• the first and last name of the resident / patient or
• the device name with transponder ID and
• the location with the name of the building, floor and room
at which the alarm was triggered is displayed.
If an alarm is generated,
• it appears in the alarm overview and
• an acoustic signal sounds.
• In addition, a pop-up with the SCC 5.0 icon appears in the notification bar.
Alarm acknowledgment:
In addition to the alarm and location display, the SCC 5.0 mobile app also offers the option of acknowledging corresponding alarms via smartphone. By pressing the acknowledge button, the alarm is acknowledged on the server and the alarm disappears from the alarm overview.
Alerting during smartphone use:
If you use another app while an alarm is triggered, the alarm appears as a pop-up in the notification bar, including the alarm type and the name of the person. If notification tones are switched on, an acoustic signal can also be heard.
Alerting on the lock screen:
If an alarm is generated while your smartphone is locked, an acoustic signal sounds and the alarm icon appears in the lock overview. The alarm is not acknowledged by wiping away the SCC 5.0 icon in the lock screen. An acknowledgment is only possible when the app is open by pressing the acknowledgment button.
