When the program starts, there are three timer states: preparation, work, pause. The duration of each timer status can be set in the settings window. You perform one of the phases of the exercise during the week. Then you can move on to the next one. In the settings you can choose the appropriate stage of training. Each exercise is accompanied by a speaker’s voice, the interval of which can be adjusted.
To achieve maximum results, it is recommended to exercise three times a week, eat right, sleep 8 hours, and you will certainly achieve your goal.
