SchoolQ mobile application is a school management solution which integrates the daily health checks of the students with effective and efficient real time communication between the school and the parents. The SchoolQ mobile application would assist the school staff to manage the admin workload more efficiently and generates reports with vital information for self-analysis. Chat, Moments,Notices Attendance ,Reminders and Discovers are the main features of App.

Chat
The SchoolQ –Chat is one of the most attractive communication feature of the SchoolQ mobile application. The chat enables efficient real-time and interactive communication between school and the parents. The chat operates as “one participant to another” (personal chat) and “one participant to several participants” (Group Chat) and also “Several Participants to one participant”, allowing the school to have complete control of the information being communicated and shared.

School Calendar
SchoolQ School Calendar enables the schools who enroll with us to manage and maintain a calendar of school events, class activity and etc. Since the users are allocated a particular class (group) and a class teacher, by the login, the calendar can be customized in relevance to each class.

Moments
We understand that the parents like to be updated with their child’s activities at school or preschool. SchoolQ- Moments feature allows the teachers to capture and upload images of the special moments during the time that children spend at school or preschool. For example, teachers can upload images of an activity that the child participated at school with a short comment, to keep the curious parents updated.

School Attendance
SchoolQ –Attendance feature integrates the daily attendance record function at school with the newly emerged requirement of daily temperature taking when child enters the school, pre-school or other achedemic institutions. The parents can view the history of their children’s attendance (attendance summary report) to school and are also notified when the child enters or leaves school in real-time.

Reminder
The SchoolQ Reminder Feature allows the schools to send common or personalized reminders to the parents. The allowed audience for these reminders changes with the different logins provided at various levels of the school management hierarchy. For examples, parents can be reminded about the school fee dates, collection of books/uniforms and etc. through this Reminder feature, commonly to a wide audience or a selected number of parents.

Discover
SchoolQ- Discover feature is intended to be initiated by the enrolled schools, who would add their registered vendors (suppliers) to the app for various needs. For example, parents would be able to place orders and request to these featured vendors and suppliers for items that can be collected at school. In addition to that, SchoolQ anticipates the parents to post recommendations for the vendors who offer extracurricular activities such as dancing, music, swimming and etc. for the other parents to be informed.

Notices
SchoolQ notices is a feature designed to convey formal notices and messages from school to the parents. The clear timeline-layout of the notices function is to make sure that the busy parents would not miss any important notices added by the school administration, principal or the class teachers.
