Schrack Technik has been the first provider for the electrical and electronics industry to use the growing number of smartphones among mobile phones to the benefit of its customers: by providing an application which runs on iPhones and iPads.

The Schrack Technik LiVEphone App informs about product data, availabilities and prices. It is also possible to order products directly from the app.

An integrated scan function can be used to automatically read the product code.

The product and all available options will appear on the screen of the iPhone or iPad. You can find the scan code not only on the desired product and on its packaging, but also in all Schrack Technik proposals.

If the complete product name or designation is not known or the options of a certain product family are unfamiliar, the integrated Navigator search can be used to help finding the product. For example, in the Navigator search, entering a product family lists all possible options available in this product family. Choosing from these options, only a few clicks lead you to the wanted product.

One of the most recently added functions allows to select specific cable batches and to order cables in available put ups.

The LiVEphone App by Schrack Technik is a unique tool for every electrician to optimise your daily work. It was awarded by the Austrian Chamber of Commerce with the Mercur prize for innovation.

The current version is available in the following languages: English, German, French, Polish, Croatian, Czech, Slovakian, Slovenian, Romanian and Dutch.

You can test the application without registering as user. Click on the Information button in the lower right of the initial screen and then on “Login help” to receive your demo login and password. The demo access offers all functions of the app, except the possibility to actually make a purchase.
