Looking at digital screens for extended periods can cause digital eye strain : as the computer vision syndrome.
This can result in symptoms such as dry eyes, headaches, blurry vision, and long-term vision decline.
A good habit to prevent this decline is to regularly leave screen and watch for a few secondes a distant object.
This will strain your eyes to make distant focus.
But don't worry, Screen Pause is available to help you taking care of your eyes.
It will send you notification's reminder to take a Screen Pause.
In the application's settings, you can set 2 reminders per day, and set the duration interval between recurring alerts.
When this is time, just open the notification, and start taking your Screen Pause during 30 sec. An ad may appear, no worry, it last the same time.
At the end (2 vibrations), just decide to set or not another reminder in addition of the daily's one.
Screen Pause will not heal your vision, but it can really help to prevent it.
