No More X is an app that helps you reduce screen time. Use it to help you focus on your studies and work, improve productivity, and mindfulness.

1. By asking you to take a deep breath before opening X, you will suppress the urge to open X.

2. After the deep breath, a motivational quote from a great person will encourage you not to open X.

3. If you still must open X, decide in advance how many minutes you will open it.

4. When the time you have decided on has passed, X will force you to close it, so you won't find yourself scrolling through your timeline for an hour when you only meant to look at it for a few minutes.

The free plan allows you to register up to one app, while the paid plan allows you to register an unlimited number of apps.
