Searchie is a talent based platform which will cut down your time and cost to hire by 50-80%. It's a smarter way of recruiting. Searchie sources, validates, interviews, assesses candidates and gives the employer the Searchie Top 5 matches.

1. The employer creates their company profile on the Searchie platform and gives some valuable information about the company culture They can then create a job, listing 3-5 questions about what skills and experience they are looking for.

2. The job then gets pinged to a global network of freelance recruiters all over the world, who start working on the role. Not any candidate can upload their own CV or details, they must be contacted and invited by the recruiter. Once invited via LinkedIn they create their profile in the Searchie platform.

3. Then Sarah "our AI"​ takes over and conducts a video interview (asking a mixture of soft skills and experience based questions). She then processes a detailed analysis on each candidate in a matter of minutes. The employer, will receive the Searchie Top 5 candidates.

4. The employer will have access to everything in one place - their CVs, video interviews and detailed assessments, all before they meet them in person! We only charge once the candidate is interviewed and identified as a fit. It's a flat fee, no monthly payments or high % based fees.

5. Want to be a recruiter? You can be full time, part time or working around the kids time! It's really upto you, as a recruiter we prefer you have experience but anyone can do it! All you need is a laptop, internet connection and a phone. You have the chance to earn a min of $1,000 per placement and sometimes much more. We pay 18-30% of all successful hires. No targets, total flexibility and good pay.
