App Store Description
SecondsSprint makes it possible to determine the exact distance an athlete sprints given a fixed number of seconds.
Sprint sessions where this app will be very useful:
- 23” (men) or 27” (women) sprints, made popular by Chris Korfist and Tony Holler.
- The Kosmin test, used to predict 800m and 1500m times.
- Any other sprint or run with a fixed duration.
HOW IT WORKS
- Place cones at regular distances (e.g. 1 yard or 1 meter) in the zone where the athlete will finish.
- Choose the number of seconds the athlete will sprint. 23 and 27 seconds are available by default, but any number of seconds can be entered.
- Tap the big red START button as soon as the athlete starts to sprint.
- Follow the athlete during the sprint and the video will freeze when time is up.
- The frozen video will make it easy to determine the sprinted distance.
