What is it about?

Secure Obs is a patient management solution which is geared to suit low, medium and high security hospitals and prisons. Gecko Studios will tailor make an application to suit any establishment, any size and level of security. Based on a high security establishment Secure-Obs offers a basic package which can then be enhanced and changed to suit the operation and requirements of any establishment. Being able to see at a glance where every patient/prisoner is located and when that person was checked last. It also offers incompatibility checks and notifies staff prior to movement of any incompatibilities en-route. Level one searches and other security searches are all recorded and made simple as part of movement procedures. Ward security checks can be setup to be done daily on each shift like cutlery checks or fire equipment etc. or weekly like room searches etc or monthly like water flushing etc. Secure-Obs can be used as a fire board and in the event of a fire all persons can be located and accounted for simply and safely. Fire routes and exits can be integrated so as to show where closest exits are as well as giving directions. Area locators can be integrated to wards and within establishments so the application can record that checks are being physically done. There are so many options which can be integrated to enhance and streamline day to day operations. The use of the camera can be used as evidence for any reason and can be integrated into the system or not, depending on policies within a establishment. A staff management option can also be added where staff can clock in and out as well as management can see what staff are in, which ward or location they are working and where staff are needed.
