SEEK offers 3 signature yoga classes: Strong Flow, Steady Flow, and Power to the Zen. All FLOW classes are inspired by a flowing “Vinyasa” style practice, with our unique layered approach to building a sequence that advances your body’s strength, mobility, and balance. Your mind and body will move as one, powered by your breath and inspired by the beat.

In the Cadence room, you will have access to two unique SEEK Cycle class formats. Both CYCLE class styles are unique to SEEK and designed with real results in mind. CYCLE classes are not “choreographed” - they are crafted to work your mind and body through the grit and grind of training indoors so your performance outdoors benefits. You will not find us lifting weights or doing “core work” on the bike - instead we spend this time powering up hills, through challenging sprints, and building lasting endurance. Looking for a total body workout? Try our SHIFT cycle class where we hop off the bike for upper body and core intervals throughout the ride.

In our Peak and Practice rooms, we use TRX suspension straps, free weights, kettle bells, resistance bands, and functional training principles to train your body for every adventure. Our Seek Sweat, TRX, and Circuit style training classes each offer a different approach to strengthening and training your body so you can diversify your workout and challenge your body in ways that will change your life, not just tone your abs.
