Channels provide you and your team with a shared view of the work being done. With access to the same information in real-time, everyone in the channel stays up to date and can work in sync.

Keep private messages separate and confidential—Direct messages (DMs) are one-to-one conversations in SeeSnap that happen outside of comment threads. DMs work well for one-off conversations that don’t require an entire channel to weigh in, for example, if you want to ask a teammate to reschedule a meeting.
