Senior Care Staff is a staffing application for Senior Care Services Inc. Aides must register with the app and the agency reviews the new applicant and approves or disapproves them.. After approval, they will receive alerts when a new case is available and they will be able to accept the case if they choose. The agency will then select a caregiver from among those who accepted the assignment and they will be alerted.

Aides can also manage their cases and message the agency through the app. They are able to see what new cases are available, which cases they are awarded and a list of their past assignments. The app also allows messaging to and from the agency for the aide to communicate directly to Senior Care Services from the app.
