App Store Description

All exercises which have been shown were developed and tested in the clinics of Dr. Becker.

Sensorimotor training supports you in restoring the basic functions of the arms and in training them in a controlled manner. As is the case with professional sportspersons, e.g. with tennis or golf, the patients start by watching the exercises, whereafter they subsequently visualise doing the exercise and internalise it. After doing this, the patients are given the time to copy the exercise and, finally, the program provides time for a pause.

With training sessions of 5-30 min, it is ideally suited for daily use. The exercises, which are taken from the five areas of grabbing, lifting, wiping, drinking and holding, and are in a variety of perspectives, can be looked at in accordance with the personal preference. When looking at Evaluation, you can see your training stastistics.

In order to be in a position to carry out the exercises you will require the following items: a water bottle that is half-full of water, a small towel, five coloured pencils, a glass and a dry washcloth. In the course of the exercise the patients should sit upright at the table. The iPad is placed in front of them so that they have a good view of the video.
