Welcome to the Servest Managers app. Find the people you need to get your work done quickly and efficiently, without creating complicated schedules. Create teams, fill last-minute vacancies, send instructions and chat with fellow managers.

▶ WHY DO YOU NEED IT?

This app lets you fill your shifts from the Servest pool of people without the complicated task of creating schedules. Just post the available work to the pool and select from the bids you receive, directly on your mobile phone.

▶ HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simply post the available shifts, accept the most suitable applicants and approve timesheets on the go.

All posted shifts are matched to the most suitable, available, local people in the Servest pool. They will receive a notification each time a relevant shift goes live. Servest workers only see the shifts that match their experience and availability, and can bid for those shifts directly from their own mobile app. You will be notified each time a worker bids for a shift, enabling you to view their profile, watch their video, call or message them, or simply accept or decline them for the shift. Workers will receive your pre-configured joining instructions automatically and get a calendar reminder to ensure they turn up at the right time and place.
