The Kärcher Service app is quick and easy way to report machine faults and request a
Kärcher service engineer. Register your machines and their locations, along with your company information and contact details and in four easy steps you can log a service request. Simply select the machine from your locations, add any photos of the fault, Enter a description of the fault, specify a suitable appointment time – and you’re done! Confirmation that your message has been received is sent immediately by email and we contact you to schedule an appointment.
