ServiceProg app built for Tradesmen and Technicians is available in English speaking countries for many home and office services, repairs including TV repair; Air Conditioning; Appliances; Electrical; Handyman Services; Heating air conditioning; IT & Computers; Plumbing. Has fields for model number and serial number to be able to return parts. Also has a super feature! You can enter a model number and show a list of parts you have used in the past for that specific model. In the parts inventory you can invent your own part number and reference it to the manufactures number also substitution part numbers if you find something that is lower cost but will display factory part number on invoice.
You have access to prior customer service calls so you can append a new service call with the same equipment or new equipment.
This program has the feature of commercial or residential service calls and invoices. The commercial service call can have many addresses, tenants, equipment. The inventory system is simple, easy and excellent.
You can over ride total bill to what you gave the estimate at by just putting estimate amount on invoice. The tax rate is placed in the profile screen and will compute tax for you and place on invoice.
