Manage your home services jobs with the ServiceDesk engineer app.
The ServiceDesk engineer app allows engineers to receive and manage their home emergency jobs on the app, this is on the back of the ServiceDesk dashboard on the desktop.
The app allows the engineers to do the following:
Receive jobs matching skillset and location
Sending out a notification on the estimated time of arrival with Geo-Location and Real-time
Manage online checklist and take pictures
Ability to electronically sign documents
Automate updates on new features on the app
This app is only available for registered engineers under the ServiceDesk system.
