ServiceLink is a program of the NH Department of Health and Human Services. ServiceLink serves as a highly visible and trusted place where people of all ages, disabilities and income levels know they can turn for information on the full range of services and supports options.


ServiceLink staff is available during normal business hours Monday through Friday by calling 1.866.634.9412, visiting a local office or online at www.servicelink.nh.gov via our mobile app.
