The system (called RQM) enables you to confirm the general information of reefer unit, and check alarm codes for a quicker troubleshooting.
Additionally, the system provides the progress of improvement work per container when container vessel calls at your port, and help you find easily for which container is not carried out yet and can make a plan to accelerate the improvement works.
