Remember, to run My shader, you need a Fast AMD Radeon or Nvidia GTX GPU. Always update to the latest Graphics Driver. Don't expect to run these shaders on Intel HD Graphics. These shaders are derived from Chocapic13's Shaders, so I would recommend you check his out before mine.
