Shifa application is the result of a challenging life experience that I lived with my son, during his treatment in the hospital at different times, and from that experience came the idea of the application to provide solutions to those challenges that face the patient and his family, whether in the hospital, clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, or radiology center, as well as obtaining Medical insurance approvals.

Shifa application is considered as the largest platform for electronic health care services for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and Radiology centers by providing electronic reservations service for these entities. The Shifa application is the only one that provides an insurance approval service for services provided by hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and Radiology centers through those entities.
Shifa is distinguished by that it is the first medical application in Kuwait provides the remotely consultation services.
Shifa application also has the advantage of helping application users to obtain the appropriate doctor by researching through specialty, hospital name, clinic name or location.
