GETTING SET UP
Before obtaining full access to the app, the team will conduct any necessary vetting and compliance checks. Once approved, you will be invited to download the app to create your account and begin booking shifts.
USING THE APP
Once you’re fully up and running on Shift & Time, you can begin to book your shifts and review your timesheets. When shifts have been released, you will receive a notification to alert you of new shifts available for you to book.
When you arrive for your shift, simply check in via your phone (at a Kiosk with a QR code or manually in-app) to confirm you’re in the right place at the right time. At the end of your shift, you can confirm your check out time and your timesheet will be submitted automatically through the app. Your timesheets will go through an approval process to ensure you get paid quickly and securely.
