**Bundles**
Related emails are automatically grouped into bundles to keep you organized by default. Bundles make it easy to understand your inbox at a glance without feeling overwhelmed.

**Done**
Done is for emails that require no further action and can be safely archived. Quickly sweep multiple emails out of your inbox by marking entire bundles and inbox sections as done.

**Pin**
Pin is for emails where the ball is in your court and you need to remember to take an action. Pinning an email moves it to the pinned section at the top of your inbox.

**Snooze**
Snooze is for emails that require follow-up or aren't ready to be responded to yet. Temporarily hide threads from your inbox until you’re ready to act on them again.

**Categories**
Shortwave categories provide an extra layer of automatic organization and controls for specific types of emails, like promotions, updates, and calendar invites.

**Email links_
Create secure links to specific emails that can be referenced by anyone on the thread. These links are great for things like tracking bug reports in Asana and sharing user feedback in your CRM.

**Do not disturb**
Mute mobile push notifications at any time, so you can focus on what matters most without being distracted by new emails.
