App Store Description

This app is NOT a game (no dice included). This is a scoring app designed to simplify notation and calculation of scores inspired by the legendary game 'Shut the box'

You can choose number of PLAYERS (between 1 and 20) and number of FLAPS (between 6 and 36)

Typical gameplay
Each player has 1 'box' with 9 'open' flaps, showing the numerals 1 to 9. Each player has one turn only and they roll two dice again and again as long as they can close flaps. Closed flaps can not be closed again

Ex. rolling 2 and 3 gives the options to close 1,4 or 2,3 or 5. If in this case 1,3 and 5 already are closed, the player's turn is over. If/when the 7,8 and 9 are closed, they player can choose to roll 1 die

The winner is the one with lowest score when the game is over. Total score is usually the variant Golf (see below)

Popular variants
1-3 closed: Numbers 1–3 are pre-closed

Against all odds: All even numbers are pre-closed

Even Stevens: All odd numbers are pre-closed

The 300: 4 dice and 24 flaps with numbers 1-24 (total 300)

Thai style (Jackpot): Always roll two dice, but only close one flap matching one of the dice or their sum. Ex. rolling 2 and 3, you can only close either 2, 3 or 5.

Junior style: Always roll two dice, but close at least one flap matching one of the dice or their sum. Ex. rolling 2 and 3, you can close either only 2, only 3, both 2 and 3, or 5

Total Score variants
Golf: Total score is the sum of the numbers remaining open
Missionary:Total score is the actual number of open flaps
Digital:Total score is the concatinated number from low to high. Ex. if 1, 2 and 5 are left open, the score is 125

The RESET button resets all the scores, but keeps the names and setup.
