2) Dash Camera: Commute with high security as We have Premium Cam (Vehicle Type) cars mounted with a dash-camera, for your Safety It records time-lapse video and audio inside the car. AI-based smart alerts e.g., unknown driver detection & speeding. Records with no connectivity and battery backup. All this information is saved to the cloud and hence no individual has access.

3) Phone number masking: Both Captain and customer's phone numbers stay anonymous as we mask both the number with a virtual number. So there is privacy and protect personal information.


4) Emergency SOS: In case of an emergency during the ride, press the Emergency button available on the app to raise an alert to the emergency contact list which you choose from, and instantly the current location is shared with your contact, and you may also call the Police or our specially trained team which is available 24/7 will connect with you immediately.
5) Patrol Services: During the Ride, if the car Breakdown or any other issues and you are stuck for some reason, we have a separate team who is monitoring these Vehicles and will send support to make sure you are safe and reach your destination on time. These services are mostly available during the night.

6) 24/7 availability: We are working 24/7 to ensure Captains are available at the time needed and ready to be at your service.


7) Fare estimate: After entering the pick and drop location, our system will provide you an estimated Time & fare for that ride, before confirming the ride. You may confirm once you are convinced of the wait time and fare price.
