- Daily pain diary to identify trends in the pain you experience
- Surveys to help you and your provider monitor your physical and mental well-being
- Access to news and resources about sickle cell disease from trusted sources
- Sending messages to your health care provider *

* Please note, providers do not monitor messages daily. For urgent matters, contact your provider by phone or call 911.

Currently, this app is only available to sickle cell patients who have received an enrollment ID from their Mount Sinai health care provider.
