Silent Flameは継続的なダイエットや体づくりをサポートするために開発したアプリです。食事、サプリ、水分など摂取した栄養情報を記録することができます。
その情報をもとに
・摂取カロリー
・PFCバランス
・炭水化物中の糖質
・必須アミノ酸等の詳細な栄養素摂取量
の確認ができます。
また、iOS版の場合は、ヘルスケアから
・体重
・体脂肪
・除脂肪体重
の情報を取得できれば過去７日分の推移を確認することもできます。
そしてそれぞれのデータは日毎に管理され、後から指定した日付に登録したデータを確認することができます。
