Established since 1906 in Malaysia as a branch of Singer Sewing Machine Company of USA, the Singer brand has been trusted for generations for its sewing machines catering for both the home and industrial use. Today, Singer has a retail network of over 700 shops in major townships, suburban and rural areas supported by more than 3,000 sales associates and 350 authorized after sales service contractors.

The Singer Malaysia App is the great addition to our retail network allowing managements to communicate with the sales associates, service contractors and customers effectively and efficiently. The App users will be well informed with important news, event updates and product promotions.

The customers can order Singer's products, "like" an event, request for services, provide feedbacks or make inquiries thorough the app with ease. Singer support teams will response to the purchases, requests, feedbacks or inquiries by sending confirmation or correspondence to the customers.
