Singer Manager

This application serves to keep information and to calculate financial data of user application . Data like : statistics, rapports , event calendar, expences, bank account data.
This application allows to authorize other users in same application.

Events : On this button appear questionnaire for reservation – the database is client’s database.

Statistics :This application in automatically displays statistical data that help the user of application to make a right decision in the activity that he ore she exercises .
The statistics shown are : A) Current year graph – accurately represents the events held so far and events that are expected to be held .
B) Graph of avenues and expenses – display accurately the revenues and expenses of one year, also per month .this chart sgows the number of events by month.
C) Season revenue graph –this graph display automatically the revenues of last year, actual year and years to come.
D)Graph of other revenues-this graph presents other relative revenues .Foe example Tips.
E) Event schedule – this graph reflects the number of events compered to other years
F) Event schedule by month-this chart shows the number of events by month

Reports: the application provide monthly , yearly and periodical data
The reports that generate application are : event report, revenues and expenses report,
Event report – reflects monthly, yearly and periodically data ( selected way ) . From this report the user can analyze data like: average price , places where singer had a event , bookings.
Revenues and expenses report: reflects monthly, yearly and periodically data .
The data shows in this report is event revenues, other revenues minus expenses that are equal with profit ( envent revenues – other revenues= profit),

Expenses ; In this application the user can manually define his monthly and annual expenses
Expenses can be added as a category, for example : credit installments , children’s education, electricity costs, derivatives etc.

Unconfirmed events : the user can control unconfirmed events .
With unconfirmed events we understand temporary events.
