Smart Button Behavior
▸ Tap black RUN = Start lap (button turns green)
▸ At next lap, green buttons revert to black
▸ Untapped black RUN buttons are marked as OVR
Lap Count + Timer
Countdown-style race clock with lap notifications and sound cues (whistles, airhorns, cowbell).
Manual Sound Control
Toggle “Play Sounds Manually” to access instant sound buttons for hype and announcements.
Silence This Lap
Temporarily mute alert sounds for specific laps—ideal for speech breaks or moment-of-silence scenarios.
Dynamic Leaderboard
Display a scrolling leaderboard with laps completed, lap time, and average pace—great for projecting on a second screen.
