Sit to Stand App is a clinical tool developed for monitoring the functional task of rising from a chair. This App reports power, velocity and time outcomes from this functional task.
These variables are very useful for detecting age-related functional decline and to determine functional ability in different populations within the clinical and evironmental context of everyday living.

Sit to Stand App has successfully passed a scientific validation process. Their results have shown aggregation between devices greater than 80% when it is compared to a force platform.
