Themed “Flood Resilient Cities: Adapting to Climate Change”, SIWW Spotlight 2025 will bring governments, cities, and industry leaders together to share experiences on how cities can adapt to climate change and build greater resilience to floods and extreme weather events. With topics such as advanced weather sensors and forecasting, flood adaptation solutions, and community social resilience, more than 300 leaders, including over 50 cities, will discuss and share their strategies and solutions that are being implemented in major cities in Asia and around the world.
