Skipper - ocean events watcher

Skipper allows fishers to report events at sea that affect the health of our oceans and fishing-dependent livelihoods. This free app enables seafarers to anonymously report sightings of illegal (IUU) fishing and piracy. 

Reports include GPS coordinates, photos and videos to add more transparency to global efforts to improve the fisheries sustainability by aiding local authorities to plan more efficient Monitoring, Control and Surveillance (MCS). Submitted data is cryptographically verified and reviewed to ensure accuracy and published online.
