Slade Fit Club workouts are small-group personal training experiences. Our class size maxes at 5 people for the best results. Each Slade Fit Club member gets one-on-one attention in every class. We correct your form to prevent injuries and make modifications based on your unique fitness abilities. Our heart rate monitoring program ensures a safe workout. You’ll never get stuck with the same boring workout at Slade Fit Club! Our workouts change daily, and the small class format ensures you’ll stay motivated. We take a personal interest in each Slade Fit Club member.
