Slamet is an application that functions to help companies manage and record Hazards, Inspection, Based Behavior Safety, Incident Preliminary, and Problem Identification and Problem Identification and Corrective Action (PICA).

Slamet has 5 modules, includes Hazard Report, Inspection, Accident Management, Based Behavior Safety (BBS) and Problem Identification and Corrective Action (PICA). This application functions to record all data related to the Hazard Report, Inspection, Incident and PICA modules. The Hazard module functions to record the possibility of a dangerous event occurring and requires corrective action which will be displayed on the PICA module. Inspection functions to make it easier for the inspector to inspect all the tools and devices used, in the inspection there is also a checking checklist for each tool and corrective action is needed if a device is damaged or has an error, and this corrective action will appear in the PICA module. For Incident functions for early reporting of incidents. For BBS function to record possible hazardous events. For PICA, the module serves as a record of the required corrective actions for each module. And features of this app are used for general public.

This app designed for PT PAM Mineral Tbk, so all PT PAM Mineral's Employee can utilize this app.
