What is it about?
Sleep Watch is an interesting app that lets you automatically track your sleep each night. This is done by giving the app an estimate of when you usually go to bed, and it will start up automatically, or you can do it manually by launching the app on your Apple Watch or as a complication. It also detects when you wake up due to movement. After about 30 minutes of being awake, check the app to make sure that the automatic detection of when you slept and when you woke up is accurate; if not, then you can manually make changes. With this information, the developers can work on their algorithm for better sleep detection. The app also stores your sleep data so you can see how your sleep is weekly, get notifications, sync with Health, and even have your data on multiple devices.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.
