Sleephelper Baby is divided into three areas that we know are important to help children fall asleep:

• Sleephelper Baby helps you to make a plan
Having a plan makes everything easier. In this section of Sleephelper we provide you with a routine maker, a sleep log and a sleep training program.

• Sleephelper Baby helps you to understand
Understanding the basics of sleep will make it easier for you to help your child. In this section of Sleephelper we’ve gathered all the information and smart tips we think you need.

• Sleephelper Baby helps you when you need it
Sometimes it can be hard for both you and your child to fall asleep. In this section of Sleephelper we have specific steps you can follow to help your child find sleep, and some tools to help with your sleep as well.

Let us tell you more about the various features of the app:
ROUTINE BUILDER
Routines creates predictability for your child, and bedtime routines will help the body to get ready to fall asleep. This app will help you create a routine that suits your child, and you can make use of our pre-defined routines or create your own. The routine can easily be shared via e-mail with babysitters. You can set an alarm to remind you that it’s time to start preparing for bedtime. You can easily change your routine to adapt to your growing child and his changing needs.

SLEEP LOG
It can be challenging to keep a good overview on your own – with our sleep log you can keep track of your child's sleep. This is an easy way to see how many hours your child sleeps during the day and at night, and how many hours he is awake between each nap.
If you plan to start sleep training, you may want to log how much your child sleeps before you begin. This will make it easier to notice if the training works and change occurs. Some people like to log their child’s sleep for a long time, while some do it for short periods when needed. All sleep cycles are visualized in the log, and it´s easy to see how your child´s sleep pattern develops over time.

PROGRAM FOR SLEEP TRAINING
Some children need to train to learn how to fall asleep by themselves. We have pre-programmed our recommended approach, with the possibility to easily make changes to adopt this to the needs of you and your child. Before you start your sleep training, we recommend that you spend some time to understand more about sleep and what can be expected of your child at various stages of growing up.
