SleepTech has no ads and no subscriptions. Just select a date range and view details, averages and charts of your sleep. See how efficient your sleep is, make minor adjustments to your habits if you choose, and track your progress towards your goal.

SleepTech does not store any of your information other than your sleep goal. SleepTech does not help you capture your sleep data, it just allows you to see your sleep patterns from the sleep data stored in the Health App. Sleep data must be stored in the Health App by other Apps and devices.
