SloWays - Via Francigena

SloWays is the App of Via Francigena, the walk to Rome.
The app allows to easily orient while walking or cycling, along the 1000 km of the Italian itinerary, from the Great San Bernardo Pass to Rome. The interactive maps allows to locate your position on the route, even without an internet connection: the maps and tracks can be pre-uploadet, avoiding the roaming costs.
The App was developed by SloWays, tour operator official partner of the European Association of Vie Francigene, which provides it for free to every pilgrim. The app allows to purchase services like the luggage transportation in-between stages, the bicycle rental and organized travel packages, with or without a guide.
Those who purchase the SloWays travel packages can download through QR code additional information about the route, like accomodation, points of interest, historical notes, ecc.
