Events, Training, CSR can be created with Scheduled Date, Name, Departments, Faculty, Information to Members, as it is created User gets the Notification and user get involved in Respective Activities.
• Assigning Task to the Users with in Scheduled Date & Time, Name, Remainder date & time, Priority, task Status, Document Attachment As Assigned user gets Notification and user can Acknowledge to the Particular Task assigned to him.
• Meetings can be Scheduled to users with Meeting Title, Date of Meeting, Start Time & End Time, Selecting Members and Mentioning the Platform to attend Meeting. Can Provide the Meeting ID. Once the Meeting is Scheduled User gets the Notification and attend.
• Report can be Downloaded of Assigned Tasks and Scheduled Meetings by Selecting the Time Period, From Date & Till Date and User can Select Either CSV Format Report or PDF Format Report.
