If you are a serious strength trainer and want to maximize your results, this app is definitely for you. It contains all the necessary tools for accurate calculations so that you can efficiently and safely progress in your training. All the functionality is focused on making it easy for you to pick barbell weights, calculate maximal lifts, and even calculate the disks you need. All you need to do is enter the data and the calculators will do all the work for you.

On one of the screens, you'll find a barbell weight calculator. Enter your weight and select the desired number of weights for each side of the bar. The app will automatically calculate the correct number of pancakes for the selected weight. You can choose either the standard system in kilograms or in pounds to work in familiar units of measurement.

If you want to know how much weight you can lift in one repetition, or how many repetitions you can do with a certain weight, the maximal lift calculator is the right tool for you. This tool uses two well-known formulas - Brzyky and Apley - to calculate your strength numbers. This will help you accurately determine your progress and choose the optimal weight for your workouts.

To calculate the optimal number of pancakes and disks to add to the barbell, a calculator is provided to calculate the right weight. You simply enter the weight of the barbell and the desired total weight, and the app will show you what disks and how many you need to take to achieve the desired result.
