Smart Welding Manager

IMPORTANT: Subscription to the cloud-based Smart Welding Manager software is essential to use this app.

It is a production welding management app for weld mapping, inspection and weld tracking for full traceability.

Smart Welding Manager app works seamlessly with our cloud-based production welding management application. Apart from being able to access project data, the app can be used to record details of production welds in the field, record visual inspection results and create pictorial weld maps.

OFFLINE MODE: The data rich application can store information in the tablet and you would be able to access the project data and work with it in the field even when there is no internet connectivity. Data would be verified and synchronized with the Smart Welding Manager application upon your return to a place with internet connectivity, thereby allowing seamless access of data and high productivity.

ACCESS FILES: You can view drawings, welding procedures, welder qualification records and other documents through the tablet either in online or offline modes.

TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS: You can take photographs of welds and record inspection results.

Smart Welding Manager is the first of its kind app for the welding and construction industry engaged in code compliant pressure or structural welding that requires full traceability.
