Smartest Invigilate can remotely proctor test-takers with any exam via webcam and desktop screen share. The application provides a choice to the awarding bodies to either conduct exams via post-exam review or live proctoring. In the case of high-stakes exams, awarding bodies will want to ensure the integrity of their exam and content. To achieve this, awarding bodies use this Smartest Cam app as a tool to obtain information regarding the surroundings and the workstation of the test-taker. Smartest Cam requires test-takers to synchronise their mobile camera feed into their exam, allowing the proctors of these test-takers to inspect their surroundings and workstation.
